The French Pharmacy sale is always an excuse to stock up on some of my favourites and to try out some new things from the ranges I love.
This time around I decided to try some new items from La Roche-Posay. With Boots having a 3 for 2 on all skincare offer it was only recently that I stocked up on my usual items from this range (such as the famous Effalar Duo +) but I can't seem to let a sale or deal bypass me for fear I'll miss out (I'm an advertisers dream, aren't I?!)
Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel 200ml
RRP: £11.50 Sale price: £7.66
I've been using a lot of oil based cleansers of late because I've received them as samples in various beauty boxes and they're not helping my oily t-zone one bit. This foaming gel is designed for oily, sensitive skin so it's perfect for me. I hope...
RRP: £14.50 Sale price: £9.66
I normally use their Rosaliac UV Legre moisturiser which is perfect for my red cheeks but it's a little rich for my t-zone, so hopefully using this on my problem areas will sort that.
Physiological Soothing Toner 200ml
RRP: £12.00 Sale price: £8.00
I've got really sensitive skin that's prone to rosacea so need a gentle toner that isn't astringent. This seems to check all the boxes!
I also treated myself to a new Nuxe Reve de Miel Honey Lip Balm (15g) because it's my favourite lip balm. I usually put it on overnight as a mask and I love the smell, the texture and how it makes my lips feel when I wake up! My lips take a battering thanks to a new found obsession with lipstick so this has been used every night lately. The RRP is £9.50 and it's currently £6.33 in the sale. This is a 20th anniversary limited edition pot with a green lid.
The Escentual French Pharmacy sale continues until the end of October so there's a week left to stock up. Do you use any of these products or will you be splashing out on some new beauty products at Escentual? Leave me a comment and let me know!
