First things first - let's have a quick look back over the last year!
The first post I published was a review of my first Glossybox back in the day when I thought I wanted to be a beauty blogger. My most popular posts have tended to be the more controversial posts and I've started to wonder if rants and negativity are what really pull people in! The blogging world needs more honesty - not every product, restaurant, experience etc. is peaches and cream but reading some blogs you would they are. Nah, that's not for me, which is probably why my Wednesday Whine posts have been so popular!
My views on having children actually caused so much offence to a former blogging friend that she stopped speaking to me. Oh well, her loss!
Two of my favourite posts are common sayings people get wrong and five products I just don't rate which certainly led to a lot of debate in the comments section.
I've reviewed all sorts, from Nip + Fab body wash and GlamGlow Youth Mud to Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate and MAC's Viva Glam IV.
Days out at The National Trust and Alnwick Castle have also featured, as well as a comprehensive list of things I hate about going to the cinema.
The most difficult post I've written was about my late Mum as part of the Memory Monday series which also saw me tell you why I'm scared of knives (thanks again Dad!)
The most important post I have published though is about my name and why, when people repeatedly pronounce it incorrectly, it irks me. Have a read and see if you agree!
Of course these are just a few of the posts I've made over the last year so please do take a look around, I hope you find something you enjoy! Finally I'd like to thank everyone who has read, followed, commented and liked my posts. It really means a lot to me that there are people out there, no matter how few, who take the time to support my writing. Thank you so much!
Moving on to the important part... To say thank you to my lovely followers I'm having a blog giveaway.
